Legal Contract: NY Courts Careers

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into and made effective as of the date of the last signature below (the “Effective Date”) by and between the New York State Unified Court System (the “Court”) and the individual or entity whose signature appears below (the “Contractor”).

1. Scope Work
The Contractor shall provide services related to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees for various positions within the New York State Unified Court System, in accordance with the requirements and specifications set forth by the Court.
2. Term Termination
This Contract shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated by either party in accordance with the termination provisions set forth herein. The Court reserves the right to terminate this Contract at any time for convenience upon written notice to the Contractor.
3. Compensation
The Court shall compensate the Contractor for the services rendered in accordance with the fee schedule and payment terms set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
4. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
